Christian has been a chef and a part of the restaurant industry for the past 22 years. His experience ranges from Line Cook in a gastropub to Chef de Cuisine in a scratch kitchen to opening a French restaurant as Chef de Partie. He also spent time running an inn on the Hudson River as Head Chef and Manager. He has managed crews from 3 to 30 and has been responsible for revenues into the millions.
He was raised in North Carolina and spent time cooking in Ft. Lauderdale, St. Louis, Bronx, Manhattan, the Catskills, and later found himself returning home to Raleigh. This February he packed up and left home, landing here in Fredericksburg to be closer to his sons. It was here that he met his better half.
