UMW Team

The UMW location is a very unique arrangement. How many employers can say they can hire Freshman and keep them employed until they graduate as Seniors? We're their home away from home! Parents and caregivers are so thankful for the family environment we nurture. I have been introduced as "the other mom" multiple times and it makes me so happy. Our kids build relationships with the staff as well. So many personalities. These students are smart! We also have non-student employees or employees who are students at other institutions. Merging the two groups was challenging at first but it's literally the best now. We are super fortunate that people who align with us best are typically the ones who apply. I kick myself often.
