We are beyond fortunate with the tremendous staff we've had over the years. The trust and respect is beyond words. We're all adults and we all step in and step up for one another the same way we do this community. It's not just a job, it's a family!
Ethan
Events Manager. Magic with flavor combos. Ask them to say "bagel." It's a midwest thing - you wouldn't understand. Ask about the Great British Bake Off or Odd Boys! Incredible artist and poet.
Ariana
Shop Manager and a-frame artist. Ari is process driven and super organized. A perfect people manager. Hybrid - works at UMW cafe too! Ari knows just about everyone.
Jesa
Vegan + Gluten-free. Prep Cook. Killer sweet tooth. Lovely family and little person. Loves music and musicals. Hadestown! Our magical wood nymph.
Lee
Lee started at the UWM cafe and ultimately found their home with us downtown. I tease they're a ninja because they're fast and quiet. They change their hair color as often as I do!
Nykia
Nykia is our week day tried and true. They are the baker amongst us. When I say they are strong - my word, they are strong! Anime and video games are their hobbies.
Serenity
Serenity has been with us since 2019! Their positive attitude is infectious. They started at the UMW cafe and is always there to help us out. Their kids are the best!
