FREDERICKSBURG, Virginia (February 22, 2019) – We are proud to announce the future opening of Namaslay, a plant-based chef-inspired quick-service concept at Dominion Public Market. Chef Christian Zammas of Katora Coffee has created a plant-based gluten-free health-conscious line of cold-pressed juices, all-fruit smoothies, bowls and ice cream.

Dominion Public Market will be opening at 1010 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg. The Market will feature a food hall, event space, culinary kitchen and music venue. We are proud to be a part of the Market, alongside Kickshaws Gluten-Free Market and Mandala Pies. Stay tuned for updates on the opening of Dominion Public Market later this year.
